How will you ensure capacity?: Customers enter through one main door, where an associate will be stationed to welcome them and monitor the number of customers in the store at any given time. They also are in charge of sanitizing the carts after each use.
How are you social distancing? How will you adjust seating?: Signage and floor decals are placed prominently around the store to remind people of social distancing measures. Widened aisles to promote social distancing, removed all tester products and fitting rooms are closed until further notice.

Installed new protective barriers around check-out area to protect both customers and associates.

How are you cleaning/disinfecting once reopening?: All associates take temperature and answer screening questions before shift. All associates wearing gloves and face masks in store.

Hand sanitizer will be available throughout store. Increased frequency of cleaning high-contact surfaces, including pen pad and checkout counter.
Special Considerations: Offering special hours dedicated to at-risk individuals (including those 60+ or who are pregnant) on Wednesday from 10-11am.
