All employees are wearing masks to protect themselves and those around them. For our hibachi grills, we’re only using two of the 10 we have at the restaurant, and we’re limiting seating to keep people six feet apart. For those who have to wait for a table, they can do so in their vehicles or outside the restaurant. They will receive a text message when their table is ready.

To adhere to social distancing guidelines and capacity rules, we removed tables from our restaurant. For our hibachi grills, we’re only using two of the 10 we have at the restaurant so we can keep people six feet apart. The grills seat 10, but we’re only allowing six people to sit at each table at one time. For example, if a party of six comes in to dine at a hibachi grill, we will not seat anyone else at that table because we could not keep
customers six feet apart. If we have two parties of two, we will seat both parties at each end of the table, which creates more than six feet of space between them.
