• Touchless Greetings & Goodbyes – We will not be shaking hands or hugging at this time.

How are you cleaning/disinfecting once reopening?: We are sanitizing the dealership four or more times per day. We have implemented an incredible sanitizing procedure in our service drive. They are also now using an EPA registered hospital disinfectant on any cars that enter the dealership or service area, where they disinfect your car both before and after any service is completed
Special Considerations: We have learned a lot throughout the pandemic about how our services can be utilized by our clients from their homes! We are working to improve our processes so that customers can purchase from home without coming to the dealership if they would like to. We have already completed multiple “safer at home” vehicle purchases! We have increased the number of service appointments that we complete through our “valet” program, which means we pick up our client’s vehicle from their home and bring it back to their home when service is complete!
