‘A Collierville Engagement’ Part 1

Hanna Wolford and Caleb Casey met at a John Mayer concert, on a blind date set up by a mutual friend. Perhaps ignoring all the typical ‘dating rules’, the two had a second date the very next day and have been together ever since!

Before Hanna went off to college, Caleb planned a date for them to be tourists in their own city, stopping at all the famous landmarks around Memphis, taking photos, and making memories along the way.

Fast forward three years and Caleb has organized a similar adventure for Hanna. Little did she know the day would end in front of the FedExForum, the spot of their first date, with Caleb popping the question! Hanna said she had no idea what was about to unfold once they started taking photos on the FedExForum stairs. However, it didn’t end there – with the help of Hanna’s mother, Caleb planned an engagement party, with their closest friends and family surprising them back at Hanna’s house after the proposal.

“That’s when the water works started. I think after the proposal I was just shocked, thinking, ‘Oh my gosh, what’s happening!’ and to see all my friends and family there at the engagement party, I was just overjoyed.”

The couple plans to marry June 23rd, 2018.
