Later this month, the Collierville Animal Shelter and Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury will host their annual “A Home For Dogs” event at Carriage Crossing! This event was rescheduled from October 10th due to inclement weather from the Delta storm. 

On Saturday October 24th, from 11am-3pm, visit with dogs, cats, kittens and puppies from the Collierville Animal Shelter, Sunny Meadows, Living the Life Animal Rescue, Tipton County Animal Shelter, New Beginnings Animal Rescue and Legg Up Cat Rescue and Adoption. This is an event aimed at getting pets adopted across the Mid-South area!

Adoptable dogs and puppies will be located near College Station, while cats and kittens will be at the Memphis chapter of The SPCA’s Cat Cafe, between Soccer 901 and Kay Jewelers. MemPops and Lynnie’s Links will be providing refreshment to everyone who comes out, and Three Dog Bakery, Hollywood Feed and the American Red Cross will also be there to talk with new pet owners! 

The Collierville Animal Shelter is also still accepting donations, which can be dropped off at the following locations: 

• Chico’s Carriage Crossing location
• American Eagles Outfitters, Carriage Crossing location
• Hollywood Feed on S. Houston Levee in Collierville, TN
• Coldwell Bankers, Collins-Maury at 968 Civic Center Drive in Collierville, TN

These businesses will then deliver the donations to the shelter for you!
