
A Spooky Workout: Halloween HIIT
We paired up with PT Squared to bring our Tour Collierville fans a spooky Halloween workout! It’s a quick 30 minutes of full-body, high-intensity exercises that will help you burn off those Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Snickers, as well as get you motivated and moving.
You can do all these moves – from Frankenstein stretches to Jack O’ Lantern jacks – in your living room, which also makes it perfect for the colder weather as well!
