for Storybook Express

With the blowing of the train whistle and the phrase "It's time for Storybook Express!", children are taken on a weekly adventure. 

The Storybook Express has moved to a new location.  Join the staff of The Village Toymaker on Thursday's and Friday's at 10:00 a.m. in the historic Sanctuary on the Square, next to the railroad tracks.

Children ages 6 and under are invited on a free storybook adventure that is guaranteed to be fun! 

Storybook Express is in it's fourth year of sharing the love of reading and the historic Collierville Town Square with children.  Judy Fricke began this tradition in 2003. When she sold her childrenswear and toy store (Banbury Cross) to The Village Toymaker in 2006, they graciously agreed to continue this special activity.

Join us in the heart of Collierville, where you never know what character you will run into next!
