To adhere to social distancing guidelines and capacity rules, we removed tables from our restaurant. For our hibachi grills, we’re only using two of the 10 we have at the restaurant so we can keep people six feet apart. The grills seat 10, but we’re only allowing six people to sit at each table at one time. For example, if a party of six comes in to dine at a hibachi grill, we will not seat anyone else at that table because we could not keep

Zopita's is not using any reusable silverware and has transitioned to disposable silverware and other kitchenware.  Everything that comes into our store is cleaned throughly before hitting the kitchen/coolers/stock room. Delivery person drops everything at one point where we sanitize it before moving into storage. We sanitize area after delivery person leaves. We sanitize all surfaces every 20 minutes, we have been wearing gloves since day one of opening our store.
All our food is delivered to your car trunk, no contact with anyone. Payment is received over the phone.
95% of our food has to be finished at home in the oven, once you cook anything for more than 20 minutes, @350 degrees Fahrenheit, virus is unstable at high heat, any microorganism should be dead.
